I mean, the mower does stop, so maybe I’m being a little overly cautious, but it feels like it reacts later than I’d want. I keep second-guessing whether it’s actually safe enough around kids or pets, i don’t feel comfortable letting it run near them.

I really wanted to like this mower, but it keeps disconnecting all the time, and it’s frustrating. I’ll be in the middle of trying to mow the yard, and then the connection just drops, so I have to stop what I’m doing, check it, reconnect it, and try again. It might not sound like a huge deal at first, but when it happens over and over, it turns a simple mowing job into a much more annoying process than it should be

The product itself might be totally fine, but the documentation really threw me off. I spent way too much time trying to figure out what should’ve been basic setup steps, and after a while I felt a little embarrassed, like I was missing something obvious. Some sections seem incomplete or oddly translated, and the app doesn’t always match what the manual says, so I ended up just guessing and searching forums. For something this expensive, I expected clearer instructions. It was frustrating.

I tried to return my order the whole thing has been way more stressful than it needed to be. The replies took forever, the instructions weren’t very clear, and there was basically no follow-up unless I kept chasing them myself. It still hasn’t been properly sorted, which is really frustrating. After this experience, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Decent mower, frustrating app"
The mower itself might be fine, but the app makes using it way more annoying than it needs to be. There are just too many steps to do simple things, the menus are confusing, and it freezes often enough that I find myself closing and reopening it just to get basic settings changed. Setting up zones took forever, and half the time I wasn’t even sure if my changes actually saved. For something this expensive, the app really feels unfinished and makes the whole experience frustrating.

"The theft protection really let me down"
I was counting on the theft protection to actually help, but the app alerts came in way too late and the tracker was basically useless when I needed it most. What made it worse was that it felt like they just pushed the whole situation back onto me, like it was my problem to figure out. Really frustrating experience.

I’ve tried using this on my lawn a few times now, and it keeps missing random patches and leaving the grass looking uneven. What made it more annoying is that the communication around setup and how it’s supposed to work wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t even sure if I was doing something wrong at first. But after multiple attempts, it just cuts terribly

"I really wanted this mower to…"
I really wanted this mower to make my life easier, but it’s been more stressful than expected. It keeps drifting off the map and leaving entire strips of grass untouched, which means I still have to go back and fix it myself. Even worse, it sometimes wanders into the no-go areas, so I’m constantly worrying about where it’s going. Support told me to recalibrate it, and I did, but it barely made a difference. For the price, this has been frustrating

"Charging has been a total headache"
I’m frustrated with this mower. It keeps stopping before it’s fully charged, even though the dock says it’s charging. The battery barely goes up, and then it ends up dying halfway through the yard. On top of that, support took forever to get back to me, which made the whole thing even more annoying. It also feels like everything was handled carelessly, from the charging issue to the lack of help. Definitely not happy with it...

"Keeps breaking and I’m worn out"
I bought a Mammotion mower because I was hoping to cut down on yard work and not spend so much time around the lawn every week. When it actually works, it does an okay job, but that’s kind of the whole problem, it doesn’t stay working.
Mine keeps losing connection and stopping in random spots, and I’ve had to reset it about a ridiculous number of times. The app also seems to act weird after updates, so instead of saving time, I feel like I’m constantly checking on it and babysitting the thing.
For what it costs, I expected way better reliability. I really wanted to like it, but at this point I wouldn’t buy it again unless they fix the basic issues first.

I ordered this from mammotion.com because I figured it was built for normal outdoor weather, but mine seemed sensitive once the rain hit. After a couple of wet days, it started stopping randomly in the yard and acting off, and I really didn’t have time to keep running out there and messing with it.
For something that’s supposed to stay outside, I expected it to be a lot less fussy after bad weather. Support took longer than I hoped too, which just made the whole thing more frustrating when I was already trying to deal with it in a hurry. I wouldn’t buy it again if you live somewhere that gets much rain.

I tried setting up the boundary and it turned into a whole project. The app kept losing the line or randomly making weird turns, so I had to keep going back and redoing sections over and over. It’s supposed to be a simple setup, but it ended up taking way too much time and creating extra work I really didn’t want to deal with. Support wasn’t much help either, mostly just gave basic answers. For what this costs, I expected the setup to be a lot smoother

I liked the look of it when I first got it, and it was easy enough to set up and start using. It feels fine in the hand and does what it’s supposed to for the most part. I used it around the house for a bit and didn’t have any major issues right away. The only thing is, after a little while, I noticed I was having to charge it way more often than expected. The battery just doesn’t last very long, which gets frustrating.

I bought this thinking it would be able to handle my yard, but after using it a few times, I don’t trust it to get the job done. My lawn has some dips, bumps, and small slopes, and it gets stuck way too easily or just skips patches altogether. If your yard is perfectly flat, it might be okay, but for anything uneven, it really struggles. For the price, I expected a lot better, and it’s been frustrating.
